Riverside is a narrow market of taller buildings and wider terraces. A one-bedroom can start around the low teens of millions; a proper three-bedroom or penthouse is a different purchase, sometimes quoted in dollars from the mid-twenties of millions upward. International tenants and owner-occupiers both show up. Read the service charge and the sinking fund before the view.
