SXERP Real Estate is an independent brokerage based at Kenrail Towers, Southern Wing, 2nd Floor, on Ring Road Parklands, Westlands. We were founded in 2021 with a simple belief: Kenyans deserve property advice that is as careful as the money they are about to commit.
That means pricing from the street rather than from hope, presenting every property honestly, and walking you through the unglamorous middle of a Kenyan property deal: the searches, the agreements, the rates, the stamp duty and the handover.
Our public record is more than 200 transactions across residential sales, land and leases, and the trust of landlords, owner-occupiers, developers and families buying from abroad.

You get one accountable advisor and an introduction to the advocate, valuer or tax professional your matter needs. Formal valuation reports are arranged with a registered valuer, and tax filings are done by qualified professionals, never improvised.
Estate agency in Kenya is regulated by the Estate Agents Registration Board under the Estate Agents Act, Cap 533. Ask us for the practising certificate that covers your instruction. If someone offering “SXERP” cannot produce it, they are not SXERP Real Estate.
