Lavington is a family neighbourhood that has filled in with townhouses without losing its trees. Plots are smaller than Karen and the houses are closer to schools, Valley Arcade and the hospitals. Prices follow the land more than the joinery. We treat a corner plot and a mid-terrace as different products.
