Quieter residential
Kileleshwa
Townhouses and apartments on the ridge, a step calmer than Kilimani.

Kileleshwa sits between the apartment belt and the older house neighbourhoods. Townhouses in small courts are the interesting stock: your own door, shared security, and a garden that is measured in hedges rather than acres. It lets well to families who have outgrown a Kilimani flat and do not want Karen.
- Sale asks
- Apartments often KSh 9–30 million. Townhouses and larger units run higher, some past KSh 40 million.
- Rents
- Houses and larger lets commonly KSh 180,000–350,000 a month.
- How to read the yield
- Apartment gross yields in published 2026 asking data sat nearer 8% than Kilimani’s double digits.
